POETRY OF HEARTS AT RED BARN…..Thru NOV.22…..Last 2 days to see this marvelous play!!! We had the great pleasure of attending the World Premier of the new TheatreXP Bob Bowersox play, POETRY OF HEARTS, on Nov.4, and we loved it, as did the entire audience! I commend Bob and TheatreXP on this well written, thoughtful, moving and exquisitely cast play. This play stars Vanessa McCaffry and Tony Konrath….and they are like fine wine … they just get better and better with age! They play a long-married couple in a complex relationship….they are confronting a huge and exciting moment in their life together, and then all sorts of feelings, emotions, and decisions challenge this life. Also starring are Melody Moore, Peggy Montgomery, Tom Murtha, and Bob Bowersox, himself! All are excellent and believable…..but Vanessa and Tony are like magic together! I urge you all to get tickets to this marvelous evening at the Theater. …Congrats to Bob Bowersox on writing, starring in and building the entire stage set, which is terrific … to the great cast….and to Rebecca Tomlinson who directed so beautifully! THE SCORPIO PERSONALITY…OCTOBER 23 THROUGH NOVEMBER 22

 

I am starting this by saying that some of my best friends are Scorpios….as well as my very best friend, my dear husband Bob! They are an amazing group….terrific company and possess a fantastic sense of humor. That being said, Scorpios view life in a very emotional and intense way….and they find it very difficult to express profound feelings that they have. Scorpios keep their deep feelings buried under the surface. They have an innate need for privacy and secrecy making them reluctant to let people know how they feel. This sign is often viewed as being obsessive and it is true that a Scorpio takes things quite seriously. They are happiest when they are able to concentrate their energies in particular directions, because they need to feel emotionally involved in everything they do. Otherwise life loses its meaning and purpose. Once a Scorpio has made up their mind about something, it is very hard to persuade them to change it. They often have fixed ideas about all sorts of things and can take a very hard line over such topics as capital punishment and imprisonment. Despite a Scorpio’s natural loyalty, if you push them too far or double cross them in some way, they will never forget it and they will never forgive you. They will probably give you the cold shoulder to exact their revenge. It is wise not to get on the wrong side of a Scorpio! A Scorpio’s magnetic charm and powerful personality attract many fans.
