One of the best events of Fantasy Fest Week is the Headdress Ball, sponsored by the Key West Business Guild! This is the 28th Annual HD Ball…and it will be held at Southernmost on the Beach Hotel, where Atlantic Shores used to be (but still exists in our hearts!). Broadway Baby, BRUCE MOORE, will be back as the emcee….and a great program is being planned. It will be held under the largest tent in Key West. TOM CAWLEY IS THANKFUL…

Tom is “thankful for having known Bill Thompson for 45 years. Bill introduced Kathy and me to Key West. Our first visit was to his charming Conch House on Amelia St. He was very active and supportive of St. Paul’s Church, and had many friends in the Key West Community. Bill passed away earlier this week and his memorial will be held Sat., 7/17 at St. Ann’s Episcopal Church in Bridgehampton, Long Island at 11 AM. Bill… you are loved and missed!” Truly, to lose a dear and cherished friend, is to lose a family member.
