I AM THANKFUL……For all the people who showed up at Aqua Nightclub on Tues. to support The Waterfront Playhouse and all the marvelous young singers performing for this great non- profit in town! I am thankful for those giving people who came to the benefit for Rob O”Neal… you showed your love! I am thankful for Richard Stephens, my good friend, whose birthday is today! He has faced some big challenges during this past year…and he does it with great class! HAPPY DECEMBER 1ST BIRTHDAY TO RICHARD STEPHENS!!!!!!!

AQUA IDOL ON TUESDAY…Another great crowd was on hand to cheer on our Aqua Idol Contestants at Aqua Nightclub this past Tuesday evening! We said goodbye to Janeen ‘Zsa Zsa’ Gracer…..but contestants Quincy Perkins, Connie Hurst, Ruben Navarro, Cynthia Mulcahey, Mary Spear, Gregory James,. Jeff Kucin, Mary Piszker, Mike Rolfsmeyer, Denis Hyland, James Mill, and Daniel Wiggins are still in there singing their hearts out for The Waterfront Playhouse! Hope to see you next Tuesday, Dec. 6th! It is such a great group of entertainers! You do not want to miss a one!

MIKE MONGO IS THANKFUL…..’that over 100 people helped & got fed at Occupy Key West’s Thanksgiving Dinner at Bayview Park. I am so thankful that when people are ‘wanting’ that so many people came out and gave! And, if I don’t stop choking up when I think about that day, people are going to think I’m a softie! Ooops…there’s something in my eye…Bless us all!’

BIOGRAPHER NEEDS YOUR HELP….Did you know there are 2 men in town named Randy Roberts? We all know Randy R from Lateda Fame, but there is another Randy R, a published author of biographies, etc. This Randy R is currently working on a biography of four famous writers who lived in The Writer’s Compound on Windsor Lane….Ralph Ellison, John Hersey, Richard Wilbur, and John Ciardi. NANCY STEVENS UPDATE……My beloved sister-in-law, Nancy Stevens, has been admitted to Holy Family Cancer Home, a 24/7 continuous care Hospice Facility. Because of recent setbacks in regard to her glioblastoma brain tumor, she has opted to not go forward with radiation or chemo….in other words, ‘to let go, and let God.’ She is at peace with her decision. Thankfully she is not in pain. Please keep Nancy and our family in your thoughts and prayers, as we are all heartsick with all that has happened to her.
