   As a Christmas present for my sister, I ordered a gift basket from Gourmet Nibbles and Baskets to be sent to her hotel on the day she arrived in Key West for vacation. She was traveling with her husband and two young children and I wanted them to have some snacks on hand especially for the kids. Not only were they thrilled to have the delicious gourmet family-friendly snacks but the kids were pleasantly surprised by the toys included in the arrangement. My sister called the minute they arrived to thank me and she already had a mouthful of food while her son played with the toy airplane in the jacuzzi! I even received a picture from Gourmet Nibbles of the contents and final presentation so I could see the tremendous bang for the buck. It was a pleasure doing business with them as their customer service is second to none.

   I was having a wedding in key west and wanted the guest to have baskets in there rooms when they arrived. Gourmet nibbles and baskets was not only a pleasure to do bussiness with, the baskets were beautiful and done to perfection. I also needed flower for the wedding , they did a wonder job on those as well. I will use them again. Thanks to Richard and Gary for a job done to perfection. Nancy

   These baskets are nothing less than divine! Richard made up some wonderful gourmet baskets for a group of friends from Kansas City, and he thought of absolutely everything: Our baskets included chocolates, cheeses, crackers, a loaf of excellent bread, fine wine, candies and tourist information – just what we needed. Small plates, wine glasses, knives and forks were also in the baskets, a thoughtful touch, indeed.

   I had a wonderful stay in the Keys a few weeks ago and wanted to send a special gift to our lovely hosts. Gourmet Nibbles and Baskets turned out to be a great choice. It was quick and easy to order, it was good service and turn-around time on requests and questions. And our hosts were indeed very pleasantly surprised by an exclusive and tasty gift.
   I couldn’t have been a more satisfied customer, and I must say it is rare these days to get this perfect balance of personal and professional service.

   We sent a Gourmet Nibbles Basket to our daughter and her husband when they celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in Key West. We received a call immediately after the basket arrived, and they were thrilled and very pleased with all the delicious contents. We were also very satisfied with the friendly and efficient service, which even included an e-mail confirmation and picture of the basket.

    Ordered a fruit basket to be delivered to local resort for special occasion of dtr and son-in-laws anniversay. On the day of delivery, the timing was perfect, contents fresh and VERY presentable. A bonus of an e-mail to me prior to the delivery was sent to me here in New England, with a picture of the delivery. The service was outstanding, and the contribution to complete the surprise left me more than satisfied with the establishment. For not knowing the area that well, I was quite taken back by a business with high standards of catering to a tourist’s requests. I would highly recommend their services and plan to do so in the future. Good going folks!!

    The basket was a big hit! I seldom encounter such great customer service and attention to detail. Their idea about including orange juice to make mimosas was inspired. I highly recommend Gourmet Nibbles and Baskets.

    I meant to send this on the 13th, but got all caught up in the moment. They were absolutely blow away!!! I didn’t know that they had checked in a day early, but I think that only made it better.     My In-laws are on vacation in Key West, and are going to celebrate their 50th anniversary! What to do? I went to the web and stumbled accross this forist/gift shoppe who went above and beyond my expectations! Richard was remakable, he did it all, flowers, candy, fruit, balloons, cake and even champain! He even e-mailed me pictures of everything, so you see where your money has gone. Hands down, I would recomend this place to anyone who needs a florist/gift shoppe in Key West. ( I wish he was here in NJ) Thank you so very much Richard and company! Bravo!

    It was an absolute pleasure meeting & chatting with you while I was in the Keys for the Comer/McClenahan wedding. The help you provided Vicky certainly made the “destination” part of the wedding so much easier on her. Thank you for your floral suggestions as well as suggesting Aqua for the bachelorette party, we all had such a blast!
