Great White North returns to Battle In The Bay Dragon Boat Festival May 8th in Marathon Florida. Bernedette Byne described Battle In The Bay as "the most picturesque finish line that I have worked nor have I ever had to hold a race because we had dolphins on the course".

New for 2010 is the 2000 meter race for the top finishing teams. Also debuting is the Paddles UP Tweet UP, a dragon boat team comprised of individual paddlers, worldwide, that want to compete in the races with like minded enthusiasts. We offer an authentic tropical setting for dragon boat racing by launching directly from the beach. No splinters from wooden piers, no bouncing on floating docks.
