TUESDAY, JUNE 22nd, in KEY WEST, with LYNDA!!!
IF IT’S TUESDAY IT MUST BE AQUA IDOL!!!
Can you just feel the electricity in the air? That’s because TONIGHT, is Aqua Idol Waterfront Playhouse Night, at Aqua Nightclub, 711 Duval St….at 6:30 PM!!! Sadly, there will be an elimination tonight….and we will have to say Goodbye to one of these stellar contestants…Michael McCabe, Gayla Morgan, Bill Heller, James Warren, Bobby Lundy, Traci Reynolds, Valerie Carr, or Amy Pesola. These great contestants sing their hearts out week after week and we have all grown to love each one of them! Can’t thank them enough for all they are earning for the Waterfront Playhouse! Tonight they will be presenting 3 Songs…and they are competing for great prizes and the chance to be Aqua Idol!! Past winners have been Maj Johnson, Joe McMurray, AJ Woods, Christopher Tanner, and Cindy Lu. Each person needs YOUR support to stay in the contest. The Emcee is the always hilarious, Randy Thompson, and Judges are Tony Konrath, JT Thompson, and me, Lynda Frechette! Aqua Idol is the Place to Be on Tuesday Nights!!! See you there!

TEAR JERKERS WE HAVE SEEN…
Shirrel Rhoades recently listed a list of ultra sad movies he has seen, and I agreed with most of them, especially Bambi, The Way We Were, Love Story, Brian’s Song, and numero uno…Terms of Endearment. My eyes well up just thinking about that one! I did come up with a few more that sent me out of the theater sobbinuncontrollablyly….They are Bang the Drum Slowly, Cinema Paradiso, Schindler’s List, The Yearling, and The DeerHunter. What do you think? Have any additions? For “Crying Out Loud”…let me know!

THE CANCER PERSONALITY, THOSE BORN 6/22 TO 7/23!!!!
Cancerians belong to one of the most caring and sensitive signs, and this makes them very popular with anyone who likes to feel cherished! They are considerate and highly emotional. The typical Cancerian loves their home…not only because it is cozy and comfy, but it is their safe haven. They fill their homes with precious mementoes and keepsakes that remind them of the past and their loved ones. Their cupboards and drawers are filled with stuff they no longer need or use, but they can’t bear to throw away. They love to travel, but they always love to return to their home!
Cancerians approach life situations from an angle, rather than directly. When they feel under-appreciated, or if the going gets tough they tend to go into their shells, just like their sign, the Crab. They tend to go into a huff or sulk, when things don’t go their way. They may not even realize they are doing this, though everyone around them does! Because the Cancerian is a Water sign, they soak up the atmosphere like a sponge, are very sensitive to other people’s moods and often take on the feelings of the person they are talking with.
Family life means everything to Cancers. If they are far from Family, they will start their own Family of close-knit Friends wherever they are residing. In fact, the Cancerian will be just as proud of his ready-made family and their accomplishments just as if they were blood relatives.
Cancerians are great judges of character and their first impressions are usually right. They have great maternal instincts, and are loving and affectionate…however sometimes this doting can be stifling for someone who likes their independence. A Cancerian has a tendency to cling to people and often finds is hard to let them out of their sight…not because they want to control them, but because they find it so comforting to be around their loved ones.
Cancerians make great teachers, caretakers, antique dealers, silversmiths, and any job connected with history, photography, and Cooking or running a restaurant. They also make super comedians as they have a gift of making people laugh.
