DEAR READERS…..
Had a bad day visiting my Mother, on Saturday. I was just not up to sending anything out….thanks for understanding. She is receiving a higher dosage of a morphine drip, plus her pain meds, and when we were with her, she was nearly comatose. As I write this I cannot believe what she is going through. It breaks my heart to watch this once vibrant, active woman so weak and losing her fighting spirit. For a long time I have been praying for a miracle so that somehow, she will “snap out of it” and be like her old self…..But my prayer is now for another miracle… that my family and I will be able to handle what lies ahead. This is a no win situation…..I just cannot imagine not having her in my life anymore. Thanks for your thoughts, prayers and concern. And now……
