Tonight, everyone is invited to Aqua Nightclub at 711 Duval St. to enjoy the birthday celebration of our beloved BOBBY NESBITT! In addition, we will be honoring RICHIE SPADA, who shares 11/10 as his day, too….AND, for good measure, we are also extending Greetings to BOB FRECHETTE, whose birthday is November 13th!!! This Gala Event begins at 5:30 to 7:30 PM! There will be happy hour drink specials…..plus munchies…..pizza….and Cake!!!!! BOBBY will be “gifting” us all evening with his great piano playing and singing….he will sing all your requests…and a guaranteed good time will be had by all! AT ST. MARY’S CHURCH TONIGHT…
On Tuesday evening, there was a special Mass for people in the Parish who have lost a loved one during the year. Bob and I went, and, though emotional, it was a beautiful celebration. Fr. John Baker gave a great talk and touched our hearts. My Mother has been gone just a bit over a month, and I still find it all so hard to believe. She was such a force in my life, and I cannot believe that I will never see her again. It was amazing how many people were in church tonight…..lots of tears were shed. There are a lot of people who have aching hearts as I do. We are laughing on the outside and crying on the inside….I think that is the way it will be for a long time. Thanks again to all for you love and support.
