Welcome to Senor Frijoles. Established by Ernie Bean in 1979, Señor Frijoles has been serving great Mexican food and fresh Margaritas (made with real lime juice) on the Florida Bay ever since. We make our salsas, sauces and chips from scratch. Our guacamole is made fresh every day, and our tuna is ahi grade. Our goal is to provide you with great food, friendly service and a good time, so please let us know how we are doing! Don’t mean to seem rude but “Ahi” is not a grade of Tuna. It is a species. You might mean “Sushi” or “Sashimi” grade tuna although there are no guidelines for using that term either. Hope this helps.
