BILLY CARTLEDGE & JIM HALL ARE THANKFUL ON THURSDAY…..”We saw the vet yesterday and they have given our beloved dog, Ricky, a 6 month prognosis (He has malignant adencarcinoma.) We are so blessed and thankful for being bestowed the joyous task of being Ricky’s guardians these past 10 ½ years. This little, funny, goofy, sweet dog has brought more love into our lives than can be possibly imagined. A true pal and co-adventurer, he has traveled side by side thru most of the country, being co-pilot and guardian to his younger siblings. He has fiercely stood up to many large dogs, who thought they could bully him or his charges. A gifted, wonderful athlete, he loves playing ball, running on the beach, and taking mile-long walks with no sign of exhaustion. He will go as long as we are with him. He has climbed mountains, crossed desserts, and, even now, with the Vet giving him limited time….there is no sign that he will go easy. A loyal pal and buddy….We give thanks for Ricky and ask for your prayers so that he may have a few more years instead of 6 months.

UPDATE ON TOM OOSTERHOUDT….. The good news is that Tom survived a very serious 8 hour back operation…The bad news is that he got a blood clot during the surgery, and subsequently developed some heart problems. That being said…..Tom, although in great pain, has been able to start rehab. He has a long road ahead, and he needs our support.
