FISH FRY ON FRIDAY, MARCH 25^TH…                                                      St. Mary’s Knights of Columbus members will be serving an all- you- can- eat Fish Fry or Fish Bake with all the trimmings every Friday during Lent starting on March 11^th.  Meal includes fish, fries, black beans & rise, cole slaw, Cuban bread, dessert, tea, soft drinks, and water for only $10 adults & $5 for children.  Conch fritters are available for an extra $2.  All proceeds go to the Parish School.  Time is 5 t0 8:00 PM every Friday until April 22^nd.

GALA BOOK SIGNING BY JEAN OLSON AT SQUARE ONE, TUES., MARCH 22!!!!                      That classy Jean Olson is not only one of Key West’s fabulous Ladies, but she is an author, too!  She wrote the most delightful children’s book called,  ‘I AM A DOOR’…and she will be on hand to autograph copies, on Tues., March 22 at Square One Restaurant from 5 to 7:00 PM!!!  There will be live music with Jimmy Olson at the piano,, hors d’oeuvres, wine, champagne, beer and sodas for all attending!  A special treat will be a live performance by singer/songwriter, Pete Peterson, whose song contains the ideas Jean wrote about in the book.  Illustrated by Teresa Willis, this book explores creativity, imagination, amuses, teaches special lessons and is also filled with humor and love.  It is a hard bound book, and also contains the CD with the original song, written & performed by Peterson, with singer Marci McGee.   Sounds like music to my ears, and a really great gift for that special child in your life!  Tell all your friends!
