My Dear Readers…
Just when I think the worst is behind us, something happens to shake your very being. This morning, we received the devastating news that my very dear and precious brother, Fred Stevens, unexpectedly passed away. We still do not know all the details, but it seems that he was with a group of very close friends at a Golf vacation at Hilton Head. One of his friends found him sloped over the tub in the bathroom. We are presently on our way to Ohio. I will keep you posted on what will transpire in the days ahead. I ask that you please keep us in your prayers, also all of our family, who deeply loved Fred. He was an absolutely wonderful brother and my heart is aching with such indescribable sadness. Bob, too, was very close to Fred. He leaves wife of many years, Anne, whom he loved so much…and two great sons whom he adored, and they him. After losing my Mother in September, this is a huge shock and terrbily distressing. It is hard to even comprehend. Needless to say, I will be on hiatus from sending out my Daily Events List for Awhile. Thanks for understanding and for your support during this most difficult time.
Hang on to those you love and hold them dear to you always, for life is so very fragile.
