DEAR READERS….
We are in the Chicago area, staying at a LaQuinta, as it is pet friendly, and we travel with our cat Purr-Lee! We had dinner last night with our children, our daughter, Melissa and her husband Jeff Lang, and our son Rob and his 11 year old daughter, Lexy (Alexandria). It was a super evening and it was wonderful seeing everyone again! Lexy is growing up to be quite a darling young lady….lots of pizzazz!!!! Today at 5:30 PM, Melissa and Jeff will renew their marriage vows in the Catholic Church, with a reception afterward. Then on Sunday, we will be heading for Key West…hopefully, as I said, to get there by Tuesday evening! Because tomorrow will be so busy, and all, I will not be sending anything out for Sunday.
