My friend, Bill Welch sent me this for our thankful section…..Bill, “first met RV Beaumont in the basement bar of the Gifford House in P-Town in 1993, long before Tim Swain graced us with his many gifts and generous spirit in Key West. Beyond the fun and behind the make-up and the outrageous and hilarious parodies, shows and outfits…there was a human being the likes of which we seldom encounter. I was proud to have known him…proud of what he accomplished in KW, as we all were. He was great when I first saw him and as I got to know him he continued to amaze me with his gifts and his giving. That was a good man! I am so sorry to have missed his loving farewell, but I know one thing…if there is a need to raise money, have a good time, or help someone in heaven…RV is on it. I am thankful to have known him. God bless RV Beaumont.”

As you may have noticed, Dean & Sandy Walters have been removed from the Prayer Chain…..Here’ a special message sent to me by Dean…..”Just to let you know, that after 8 weeks of braces and healing and therapy, I’m free of restraints, and am able to get around relatively normally. Thanks to everyone for your cards, concerns, and prayers. I should be able to appear in “Broadway With a Twist” at the Waterfront next month….but will not be doing much dancing yet. For all these things I am very thankful.” Dean…we are all thankful that you are getting better and stronger every day…..Prayers do help, my friends!
